Privacy Policy
My Architect ("we") is a visual architecture and project-planning tool at my-architect.app, operated by Dzmitry Harupa. This page describes what data the service collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the product, we run no advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share your data.
What we collect
Google account basics. Signing in uses Google OAuth with the openid email profile scope. We receive and store your email address, display name, and profile picture URL. We never see your Google password, and we request no access to your Gmail, Drive, or any other Google data.
Your project content. Everything you create in the tool — project hierarchies, nodes, requirements, documents, and diagrams — is stored on our servers so the service can function. It belongs to you.
MCP API keys. If you connect an AI agent, you generate an API key in Settings. The key lets that agent read and edit your projects over the MCP protocol. You create, and can revoke, these keys yourself; who you give a key to is under your control.
Technical logs. Like virtually every web service, our servers keep standard request logs (such as IP address and browser user agent) for debugging and abuse prevention.
Cookies
We set exactly one cookie: an httpOnly session cookie containing a signed token that keeps you logged in. Logging out clears it. There are no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third parties
- Google handles sign-in (see Google's own privacy policy).
- Google Fonts serves the Inter typeface, so your browser makes a request to Google's font CDN when loading our pages.
- AI agents you connect act with the access you granted via your MCP key. We do not send your data to any AI provider ourselves — an agent only touches your projects when you connect and run it.
We use no analytics services, no ad networks, and we process no payments on the site.
How we use your data
Solely to provide and improve the service: authenticating you, storing and syncing your projects, and serving them to agents you have authorized. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except as required by law.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, or to request a copy of your data, email us — we will action it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
